"Es war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je besucht hatten. Alles war perfekt: Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Vor allem der liebevoll gestaltete Garten rund ums Haus mit der vielfältigen Bepflanzung, der geradezu zum Aufenthalt im Freien einlud, hat uns begeistert. Und ein bisschen Landluft zu genießen, gehört beim Aufenthalt auf dem Land auch dazu. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and located close to the center of Schwäbisch Hall. From a cleanliness standpoint, the apartment was pretty clean. I will note that the coffee grounds from the previous tenancy was left there in the machine. Otherwise, the apartment was clean. "Didn’t like the check-in process with no staff and available and having to use WhatsApp to communicate. Upon check-in our air conditioning unit was not working during a heat wave. We were told to wait it out. We waited eight hours and it never kicked in. We were offered another room, but it would only be available for a portion of our stay. After several hours we decided to call Expedia to book another hotel. Expedia called the owner of Toploft. The room he previously offered was now available for the duration of our entire trip plus it had functioning AC. At 11 PM we had to pack up our belongings and move across the street to another unit. Extremely inconvenient. If you’re a tourist, this isn’t the property for you because the area is a far distance from main tourist locations. "
