"The hotel was in a great location for a first time visit. Close enough to everything but in the museum district as opposed to right in the main city centre, which means more locals around and quieter. The rooms were always very clean and the front desk staff were very accommodating. "

"The hotel is in a great location with a great staff. I felt very welcomed and accommodated. It is quiet, safe, comfortable and very walkable to nearby restaurants, museums, etc. There is also a tram station very close if you don't want to walk or it's raining. The food and bar were quite nice as well if you don't want to venture out.
I will say they need to update their materials, as there are not multiple restaurants as stated (one on the 7th floor and one on the 1st floor), nor a mini bar in the room. However, that is minor as you can easily walk to other restaurants or go to the self serve refreshment area in the lobby for snacks if needed.
Amenities in room were nice - love the smell of their shampoo and lotion. Good assortment of teas and coffees.
Thanks for a lovely stay!"
"The staff is very attentive and they do care very much about your stay and your experience at the hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Though we had some issues early with a humming from our AC unit, it was attended to immediately. We didn't expect anything, but the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel with many surprises. Thank you for caring and keep up the good work Eugenia Morgano (Front Office Manager) and staff. "
"Great place in Vienna
Had a slight issue our first night with loud music/base beat vibrating our room but Living Hotel was able to move us to another quieter room. Thanks so much, It was greatly appreciated"
"Beautiful and modern apartment hotel in a convenient location. The hotel is equiped with a stove, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer, really everything you need. Would stay again on a heartbeat. If only they bring perishable items up to your room. "
