The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. "Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird nur durch viele Einschränkungen erreicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Extras wie Wasser oder Safe. Es gibt keinen regelmäßigen Zimmerservice. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. Beim Frühstück jeden Tag Rührei aus Eipulver, wenig Obst, 4 Apfelsinen für 100 Gäste. In der Sauna zu wenig Liegen. Das Tauchbecken ist...

"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. The wellness and spa amenities were top notch."
