The apartment is located on the first floor and has barrier-free access. All rooms have windows with natural light.

The house has a charging station for electric cars, which can be used at the usual local electricity rates.

It has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds. Bed linen is provided and included. From the living room and bedroom there is access to the 15 m² balcony, which has a table and 4 chairs. An awning can be used to provide shade. There is a large TV in the living room, which is connected to a satellite dish. Guest WLAN is available.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, washing machine and a mirror cabinet.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove with a very large hob, an oven, refrigerator with bio-fresh zone, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all necessary cookware and plenty of crockery, tea towels and washing-up and cleaning products. A small bar with 2 seats invites you to enjoy a quick coffee with a view out of the window.

For longer-term rentals, a reduced price is offered by arrangement.
