If you are looking for a place to stay in the Grants Pass area, I would highly recommend here especially, especially since they got new air conditioning put in last year. "I wanted to make sure that my two dogs were included in the reservation. I originally booked for two adults and two dogs. When I received an email confirmation it only showed two adults. It was difficult to find a number or email so I could make sure I had paid the appropriate fees for the pets. I finally found a phone number to call and spoke to someone with very broken English that was hard to understand but they did confirm that the pets were included in the reservation. There had been an email saying I could message the host But when I clicked on the link it only took me to a place that said there are no new messages but didn't have a way for me to leave a message. Our stay was excellent. Communication was not. Paper towels would be nice. "
