"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Hence there is no need to stay in the sub-par Fuggerhof where you are put into a basement room while the unfriendly front desk staff tries to up-sell you into an above ground room - as if that were a special feature.
