Kevin is a wonderful host who makes a delightful breakfast. The rooms themselves are a good size however do smell a bit musty and the carpets have some stains. The bathroom facilities were good. The parking situation and the outside of the house are unkempt and look a little unsafe. The location is fantastic, literally up the road from the CBD so you can walk to local eateries for dinner.

Didn’t like bed under window to much light while trying to sleep. Only one lamp. Light switch not working. Television should be mounted on wall.
