The holiday house Gewald for the whole family. Visit us in the Vogelsbergkreis and spread out in the cottage with your friends or family - you are welcome.

The house can be booked for up to 7 people.
2 bedrooms for 2 persons, 2 sofa beds for 2 persons and a travel cot we can make for a cuddly, restful sleep.
Whether a greasy game night or a culinary cooking. On 120sqm you can spread.

Pets are welcome. Property fenced. Leash requirement in the Vogelsbergkreis.

Starting from the front door, you can start a hiking or cycling tour. Here you arrive and can relax and unwind as soon as you arrive - just switch off from hectic everyday life.

On request, you can book breakfast.

Our holiday home is only 10 minutes away from the famous tourist attraction "Hoherodskopf". Tobogganing, skiing, hiking, climbing, golfing, horseback riding, GeoCaching - the program on the Hoherodskopf makes for exciting variety.

In the next town Scots you can go shopping, strolling, swimming pool and go out to eat. A night watchman invites you to a tour of Scots at night and soon opens the museum "Vulkaneum". Learn more about the history of the volcano here.

In just 5 minutes from the apartment Peters you will find the "Nidda reservoir". One of the largest lakes in Hesse. A path around the lake is 7 km long. Ideal for skating, cycling or walking. Go swimming, sailing or looking at the sequoias in the forest.

No matter in which direction you start from the holiday home - you will find a suitable holiday destination on every route.

Einmal und nie wieder

Die Lage ist super aber alles andere war sehr entäuschend. Die Dusche ist nicht nutzbar da sie einfach nur eklig war. Im Garten lag viel Hundekot und der Teich war nur ein Schlammloch.Ich bin zwei Tage früher abgereist und auf meine Bitten mir die zwei nicht benuzten Nächte zurückzuerstatten kam nur eine unfreundliche Nachricht das ich kein Anrecht auf das Geld habe.

Bescheiden.... Die Dusche war für unsere Verhältnisse/Ansprüche nicht nutzbar wegen starker Unsauberkeit. Das TV Gerät ist viel zu klein und die Senderauswahl sehr bescheiden.... Alles in Allem nicht wie dargestellt...

Entschleunigung PUR

Ferienhaus-Idylle in Schotten: Entschleunigung pur! Inmitten atemberaubender Natur gelegen, bietet dieses Ferienhaus bei Schotten die perfekte Kulisse für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub. Meine Partnerin und ich verbrachten hier kürzlich ein traumhaftes Wochenende und waren restlos begeistert. Die freundliche Vermieterin empfing uns mit offenen Armen und sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Das Haus selbst war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass wir problemlos leckere Mahlzeiten zaubern konnten. Ein besonderes Highlight war die überdachte Terrasse, die bereits am Morgen zum Frühstücken im Freien einlud. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, da kann der Hund unbesorgt allein im Garten gelassen werden, er wird es lieben. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken. Hier hört man keinen Straßenlärm, sondern nur das Zwitschern der Vögel und das Rauschen der Blätter. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und Entspannen. Der Niddasee ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt und lädt zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang ein. Einzig ein Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer und etwas weichere Betten hätten unseren Aufenthalt noch perfekter gemacht. Fazit: Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein wahres Schmuckstück und ein absolutes Highlight für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Restaurant Tip: Vulkan-Wohnzimmer

Centraal gelegen vakantiewoning in de Vogelbergkreis,

De woning ligt mooi centraal in de hessische Vogelbergkreis. Leuke stadjes om te bezoeken in alle richtingen op zo’n 3 kwartier rijden. Voor wandelaars is het ook een prima gebied: veel goed aangeven routes van diverse lengtes. Het huis zelf is ook goed bevallen, begint het-en-der wat mankementen te vertonen maar niet echt storend.

Absolute Ruhe in der Natur

Ein schöner großer Garten direkt am Wald. Wer Ruhe haben will, ist hier genau richtig. Meine zwei Hunde und ich haben uns sehr gut erholt. Gerne wieder.

Für Ruhe suchende und Hunde Besitzer absolut tolle Lokation fern der "Zivilisation"

Nach dem freundlichen Empfang wurde uns mit den Tagen bewusst, wieviel Platz und welche Ruhe dieses Ferienhaus bietet. Es liegt abseits, ja, aber man kann morgens und abends in freier Natur eine Runde mit den Hunden drehen und die Natur genießen. Das weitläufige Grundstück lässt ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Lage im Wanderparadies

Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Wanderparadies. Die Stadt Schotten und umliegende Gemeinden haben hervorragende Wanderwege geschaffen und erhalten die schöne Natur. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das in die Jahre gekommene Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Perfekt für eine gute Erholung.

Das Haus war für meine Bedürfnisse ideal. Großer Garten, viel Natur drum herum, gutes WLAN und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Alle Räume waren sauber die Betten waren bequem. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat auf meine Fragen sehr schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert.

Top Lage für ausgedehnte Wanderungen

Die Lage ist super um vom Haus aus die Umgebung zu erkunden. Nur 500m vom Haus entfernt startet der Wald mit einem super Wanderwege Netz. Zum Stausee ist es nur eine gute Stunde zu Fuß.

Wir haben das Häuschen, welches im schönen Vogelsberg liegt und über eine tolle Aussicht verfügt für einen schönen Männerausflug gebucht. Das Ein-und Auschecken verlief super, die Beschreibung stimmte. Gerne wieder!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten wunderbar gelegen. Die Gastgeberin ist hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und der ideale Start in den Tag.
