"Very kind and helpful staff, clean large rooms as well as good location for eating and shopping, there’s no mini fridge in the standard rooms though so keep that in mind, 10/10 though:)"

The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. "The room itself was fine. But just a few hours before arrival (and after the free cancellation window) the hotel emailed us to say they were overbooked and they had rebooked us into another hotel. Free parking was just for 4 hours (not overnight). On arrival we couldn't work the touch screen and get our automated key so had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes while phoning for help. After leaving we got an email from the original hotel saying that we were a "no show" and would be charged for that hotel too …"
