This apartment (west side) is 40 m² in size and is located on the 1st Floor in "Haus Lübeck". It is attractive, bright and modern and offers space for max. 4 people.
The living room with a large corner sofa, which can be converted into two sleeping places in just a few steps, offers all aspects of well-being.
The dining area for 4 people invites you to feast comfortably. In the bedroom there are two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a spacious corner cupboard.
The fully equipped kitchenette offers all possibilities for culinary self-sufficiency.
The furnished balcony invites you to laze around and more in all seasons and weather conditions. The modern bathroom has a shower.

Kleine, feine Wohnung – ideal für unterwegs

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Vielleicht etwas ungeeignet wenn man viel Zeit drinnen verbringen würde, oder großartig kochen wollte. Aber für unsere Zwecke, wo wir viel unterwegs waren und auswärts gegessen haben hat alles sehr gut gepasst.

Toller, erholsamer und interessanter Urlaub

Holm/Schönberg ist echt ein Geheimtipp, hat uns super gefallen. Die Wohnung war im großen uns ganzen gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko wie warn zu 3. , daher mussten wir Eltern auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten. Wussten wir zwar vorher aber was wir nicht bedacht hatten ist, daß der Kühlschrank mitten im Wohnbereich steht und daher in der Nacht oft unseren Schlaf störte. Außerdem konnte man den Bereich durch die Lammellenvorhänge schlecht abdunkeln, das Schlafzimmer dagegen aufgrund Verdunklungsgardinen sehr gut. Besonders gut war aber der geräumige Eckschrank wo unsre Kleidung gut Platz hatte und der Geschirrspüler. Wir wollen auf j4den Fall wiederkommen, dann allerdings eine andere Wohnung wählen, wo wir alle im Schlafzimmer schlafen können... Das Schlafsofa wsr mir persönlich auch zu hart und der Fernseher schlecht plaziert. Habrn allerdings auch nicht viel geguckt da es interessantere Dinge gab! V.a. Strand, Musikacts und Kino...

Gut gefallen hat uns, das eine Grundausstattung vorhanden war. Geschirrspüler, Seife ect Jeder Zeit wieder; würden wir dort Urlaub machen u man darf nicht alles so eng sehen

Wir fahren regelmässig nach Holm und fühlen uns immer wieder wohl. Da wir dieses Mal "hintenraus" gewohnt haben, haben wir besonders die Ruhe genossen.

Der Urlaub war sehr gelungen- die unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben- sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber aus der wäscherei- top! Es gab viele nützliche Tipps beim einchecken. Alles in allem -top!
