"Our host was very quick to respond to all my questions & was very helpful. The room was spacious, appointed nicely & we enjoyed it. The shower head position was quite confusing & no matter how we set it up, we managed to get the floor wet. Maybe it was us, maybe it was the layout. Since we are English speaking, (I’m trying to learn German, but I’ve got a long way to go) all the building signs are in German, so it made it an adventure when trying to find the laundry room - which I did, but...

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
