Vacation apartment 60 sqm. In the heart of Schönau with a magnificent view of the Watzmann.

Our new modern apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 1-4 people.
The apartment is divided into a hallway, two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower / toilet.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, hairdryer, towel dryer and many storage options.
In the spacious, cozy living room there is a couch with side table, dining table and a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster.
Satellite TV and stereo.

Our newly built house is very sunny and quiet. Enjoy an unobstructed beautiful mountain view on our sun terrace. The town center with restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in 5 - 10 minutes.
It is about 3km to Berchtesgaden or to Königssee.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung am Königssee

Die Ferienwohnung ist super; neu und modern eingerichtet, extrem sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem liegt die Ferienwohnung super ruhig am Rande von Schönau mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche, vielen Dank. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Natur- und Bergfans. Toller Blick auf die Berge. Kinder- und Familienfreundliche Umgebung und Gastgeber. Anreise mit Auto ist empfehlenswert, aber auch mit Bus möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

5 Sterne sind zu wenig!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts hatten wir nicht das Gefühl unter guten Bekannten zu sein. Und nicht unter Fremden! Die Wohnung sit sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist top und der Ausblick gepaart mit der Ruhe ist fantastisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall weder kommen.

Adresse kann man nur empfehlen. Sehr familienfreundliche und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern und freundlichen Gastgebern. Schöner Watzmannblick vom Balkon. Einzig die Lage ist etwas abseits, war für uns aber kein Problem.

Und jeden Morgen grüßt der Watzmann

Aufenthalt mit drei Personen, davon eine in einem Faltrollstuhl. Alle Angaben bzgl. der Lage, Austattung und der gesamten Räumlichkeiten trafen zu. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und mit ihrer Heimat sehr verbunden. Dadurch könne sie gute Tipps und Ratschläge geben, so dass auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignete Wanderrouten und Attraktionen erreichbar und vorhanden sind. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut. Als Fazit können wir diese Ferienwohnung nur herzlichst empfehlen.Schon der Ausblick auf die Berge ist einmalig schön..

Einfach wunderschön

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist modern und gleichzeitig im bayrischen Stil gehalten, die eine Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlt, sodass man sich nur wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Kinder waren auch sehr zufrieden und haben den Urlaub sichtlich genossen. Wir sagen danke für die schöne Zeit und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen, denn das wird es auf jeden Fall geben :)

Clean, spacious, well equipped and lovely views

The views from this apartment are literally breathtaking; waking up each morning to them was a joy. This apartment had plenty of room for the 4 of us, and is handily situated for visiting all of the main attractions in the Berchtesgaden area, and also to Salzburg. Everything was as expected, and seemed to work well (although it didn't matter to us, we couldn't get the TV to work - I'm sure it did, just with our lack of knowledge of German we couldn't manage it). We also couldn't get the WiFi - which was present - to work on my Nexus Android Phone - googling the problem (an "Authentication Problem" apparently) suggested any fix required working on the router, which given our lack of German & the hosts level of English (OK for everyday business, less so perhaps for technical matters!) we didn't attempt. We enjoyed our week, and would recommend this apartment to family and friends. NB Just one point - it isn't easy to find the apartment the first time , so being emailed a simple map would help.

Urlaub mit tollem Panorama direkt vom Balkon

Wir haben unsere zwei Urlaubswochen am Sulzberg sehr genossen. Die gemütliche Wohnung fanden wir vor wie beschrieben und der Ausblick vom Balkon war wirklich nicht zu übertreffen. Von hier aus konnten wir bequem zum Königssee laufen (ca. 25 Minuten) oder auch in die entgegengesetzte Richtung nach Berchtesgaden (auch ca. 25 Minuten). Die Ruhe und das Panorama waren genau dass was wir gesucht und hier auch gefunden haben. Wir fühlten uns in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Grassl sehr wohl und werden deshalb nächstes Jahr zum Wiederholungstäter. :-)

Tolle Tage in einer wunderschönen Wohnung

Auch wir sind Wiederholungstäter ... wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt weil in der Wohnung alles stimmt und es an nichts fehlt. Besonders toll ist der Ausblick in die Gebirgswelt. Die Wohnung ist auch ideal gelegen für Ausflüge z. B. an den nahen Königssee oder nach Salzburg. Besonders für Urlaub mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Tolle Wanderwege die auch für die Kleine zu bewätigen sind. Super nette Vermieter, eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung ... was will man mehr? Wir kommen auch in 2014 wieder :-)

"Wiederholungstäter"

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist modern und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber,man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl. Es gibt eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, die in den gemütlichen Wohnraum integriert ist. Das Bad ist modern und ausreichend groß. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit Doppelbett), eines davon größer mit großem Kleiderschrank und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer. Absolut ausreichend auch für 4 Erwachsene. Es gibt auch einen Brötchenservice, so dass man morgens schon frische Semmeln vor der Türe hat. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen, einzigartigen Blick auf Watzmann, Jenner usw. einfach herrlich. Das Haus liegt ruhig, etwas abseits gelegen in einer schönen Landschaft, von dort aus kann man fußläufig z.B. den Königssee oder Berchtesgaden gut erreichen, es gibt auch in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle. Im Ortsteil Unterstein, den man in ein paar Minuten erreicht ,findet man schöne Gasthäuser / Biergärten, in denen man den Urlaubstag herrlich ausklingen lassen kann. Wir konnten tolle Wanderungen machen, Jenner, Kehlsteinhaus, Almbachklamm , Ramsau usw., aber auch den ein oder anderen Regentag kann man gut überbrücken mit Ausflügen wie z.B. Salzbergwerk oder Haus der Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich, man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl - vielen Dank. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wir sind uns sicher….wir kommen wieder!

Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Bergblick

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Bergblick. Ich verbrachte mehrere Wochen in der Wohnung - es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und warm mit super Ausblick aus den Zimmern und vom Balkon - der Blick auf die Berge ist einzigartig. Man sieht von der Wohnung aus z.B. Jenner, Watzmann, Hochkalter, Reiteralpe .... Es ist sehr ruhig, man hat Sonne von morgens bis abends, selbst im Winter. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung auf dem Sulzberg ist einmalig - wohl die schönste in ganz Schönau !!! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist optimal - sehr gute Töpfe , Pfannen und Geschirr. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch bestens ausgestattet und gemütlich , ebenso das Bad. In der Schönau, der " Schönen Au" kann man wunderbar wandern oder spazieren gehen / auch ohne große Anstrengung. Man hat stets einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge, welche sich rund um Schönau befinden, wie Untersberg, Schlafende Hexe, Kehlstein, Hoher Göll, Jenner, Hochkalter, Reiteralpe - unbeschreiblich schön. Man kann leicht nach Berchtesgaden oder zum Königsee laufen oder per Bus nach Salzburg oder Bad Reichenhall fahren. Familie Grassl ist sehr lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Wohnung und tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir wollten gar nicht nach Hause zurück. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge und es ist sehr ruhig. Unterkunft: Die 4-Sterne-Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett vorhanden, wo wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Es können also insgesamt 4 Erwachsene schlafen. Internet ist nicht vorhanden, aber mit einem Surfstick kein Problem. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kinderlieb. Haben selbst Kinder. Umgebung: Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem Berghang, umgeben von Weiden, wo sich tagsüber Kühe und Pferde aufhalten. Die Zufahrt ist typischerweise schmal und man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. In wenigen Autominuten ist man bei Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Jenner-Bergbahn, von wo aus man einen herrlichen Bergblick hat. Auch der Königssee und die Wimbachklamm ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht und einen Besuch wert. Die Parkgebühren sind dank der Kurkarte sehr günstig! Fazit: Eine klare Empfehlung von uns. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
