"Beautiful property, tropical feel, lovely breakfast "

"Clean room. Host and hostess were friendly and helpful. Gated parking. Air conditioning with a small fan to boot. Bed was comfortable and enclosed shower was nice and strong. Double sink was a treat. Tap water was safe to drink but they had a filter for better water. Breakfast was very good. "

"From the welcome we received to the farewell the level of personal service we received from the owners Albert and Elsa were unparalleled. Very tastefully decorated, spotless and in a beautiful location overlooking the river. We only stayed one night but will definitely return and stay longer. Loved our stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Property was like an oasis surrounded by nature with a lovely pool and restaurant with sunset views. Only criticism was our room was interconnecting and you could hear every noise from next door. So when our neighbours woke at 5.45am so did we! "

So peaceful & tranquil,The owners of Le Petit Karoo really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Beautiful dinner. Amazing value for money & would 100% recommend. "We had a lovely stay at Altes Landhaus Country Lodge. From the moment we arrived, we received a very friendly welcome and were made to feel truly special. We were in town for the 5 Shy Meerkats tour, which we would highly recommend, and also enjoyed an ostrich safari. Thanks to a brochure from the hotel, we even received a discount. We opted to have dinner at the lodge and it was excellent, complemented by a great wine list. The wifi was a little hit and miss at times, but it certainly did not hamper our stay."
