The white, modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, raclette grill, toaster, and more. The kitchen also features a spacious corner bench with a table and two chairs.

The bathroom is bright and modern (completely renovated in 2020) with a barrier-free clear-glass shower stall.

The well-known resort town of Winterberg and Schmallenberg are each about a 20-minute drive away and make for wonderful day trips in both winter and summer.

Many hiking trails (including bike trails) start right outside the front door. In winter, this is the perfect starting point for winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding).
