Welcome to the beautiful Hochsauerland!
Landhaus Bette is located right in the heart of the lush, tranquil Sauerland region. The holiday home features a large garden bordered by a small stream. Dogs are therefore always welcome.
The half-timbered house is located on the grounds of our ecologically managed farm and forestry operation. The nearby village is nestled in a meadow-rich valley, surrounded by forested mountains and valleys with no through traffic.
While the cosy fireplace room invites you to relax on cold days, sunny days can be enjoyed on the terrace in the property’s own garden.
The holiday rental is fully furnished and offers ample space for up to 12 people. On the ground floor is the traditional living room with a fireplace and dining area, with access to the spacious kitchen. A staircase leads to the 5 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom with an accessible bathroom on the ground floor.
Whether you’re looking for a relaxing, wellness, or active holiday, the Sauerland region offers a wide range of opportunities to spend your free time with friends, colleagues, or family. The property is connected to a bike path and surrounded by numerous hiking trails. The Winterberg ski area is about a 30-minute drive away. Popular destinations in the area include the following:
- Swimming pool with sauna area and water slide complex in Bad Fredeburg (4 km)
- “Der Weg der Sinne” hiking trail through the Sauerland (5 km)
- “Hennesee” swimming lake in Meschede (15 km)
- Cycling and Winter Sports Centre in Winterberg (25 km)
- 18-hole golf course in Sellinghausen (1 km)
- FortFun amusement park in Bestwig (25 km)

Shopping options are available in the neighbouring town, about 10 minutes away by car. For breakfast, we offer a free bread roll delivery service on weekends.

Electric or hybrid cars can be charged as needed at the property’s high-voltage outlet. The resulting electricity costs will be billed separately.

Please note that COVID-19 safety measures are in place. Different conditions may apply to ski passes, operating hours, and the use of ski lifts in winter sports areas. We recommend that you take this into account when booking your holiday home, as a change in restrictions is generally not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.

These fees are mandatory and must be paid on site. They are not included in the rental price:
