Confusing check in

Check in was very long. Lots of information has to be collected. Had to enter ALL info again during check in. Hopefully I get to pay the correct amount. Restaurant was bad. We ended up at a nearby restaurant, The Grand Prix, with a gokart track and a nice meny. Very friendly staff and good food/drinks. Definately recommend The Grand Prix.

This is a good hotel for people travelling through the Leipzig area, without a need to go into the city. The hotel is being renovated right now, and hopefully those renovations will lead to improvements. Our main criticism was the shower, as there were no handles to grab on to, and the "slip factor' is great. As it stands, the shower is unsafe. We alerted the contractor about this and I think they are working on improving the showers. Other than that, this hotel is fine for what it is.

Dystert men okay

Indtjekning forløb hurtig og nem. Hotel lå et skummelt sted og bar præg af meget slid. Gange og værelse manglede en opdatering og var meget dystert. Der var spindelvæv i hjørnerne og sølvfisk i sengen. Morgenmad var udmærket med et stort udvalg. Servicepersonalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Udtjekning foregik uden problemer og meget hurtigt.

Tolles Frühstück

Tolles Hotel, bin 1x im Monat da und immer wieder gern. Personal sehr hilfsbereit, late check in möglich. Serhr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sind klein, aber ok, als Mangel nur zu erwähnen die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern.

Hotellet är helt okej för en övernattning. Det är inte ett hotell man hänger på, det finns ingenting i närheten (affär etc). Det stämmer inte överens med bilderna. Det ligger i ett industri-/företagsområde. Det är ganska slitet men rummet var rent och fräscht. Frukosten var okej för priset, det fanns det man förväntade sig.

Als ich die Tür zu meinem Zimmer aufmachte, saß in diesem bereits ein Mann. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass dieser falsch war, sein Schlüssel jedoch passte. An der Rezeption wurde mir dann gesagt, dass die Schlösser schon etwas älter sind und man diese vielleicht überprüfen sollte... Eine Entschädigung oder ein anderes Zimmer wurde mir nicht angeboten. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sehr sauber gewesen und trotz der Lage direkt an der Autobahn war es ziemlich leise. Ohne Auto würde ich diese Unterkunft jedoch nicht empfehlen, da sie ziemlich weit von der Innenstadt entfernt ist.
