"Dort kann man sich sehr gut erholen und auch mal das Handy aus der Hand legen, da es sowieso kaum Empfang gibt. Die Straße ist nicht sehr befahren und stört nicht. Für mich war das Bett leider viel zu hart, aber mein Freund hat sehr gut geschlafen. Das ist also ein rein subjektives Empfinden. "

For instance, the downstairs bathroom can get a bit smelly/damp, but if you keep the door and window open you’ll have no problem there. Was uns wichtig war, dass jedes Zimmer ein Bad hat, da die Teilnehmer sich nicht kannten. Der Standort, das Ambiente, der Garten laden ins 19. Jahrhundert ein. Genial war, dass es für das Essen einen Aufzug gab. Denn die Küche ist im Keller. Für das Teamcoaching war es super, denn es durften alle zusammen anpacken und das hat zusammen geschweißt....

"This is a very beautiful and quaint hotel in the middle of the small town of Quedlinburg. The staff was warm and friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy! We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer to see the town. Thank you Romantik Hotel am Brühl!"

"Das Hotel wirbt mit Spa, Schwimmbad und drei Saunen – in Wahrheit war nur eine Sauna nutzbar. Die anderen waren außer Betrieb, ohne jeglichen Hinweis vorab. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse eine Frechheit. Die Nutzung von Saunatüchern kostet 5 € extra – in einem Spa-Hotel völlig unverständlich und kleinlich. Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt von jeder Frage. Antworten lauteten regelmäßig: „Keine Ahnung“ oder „Google es“. „Wie kommen wir nach Thale?“ – „Keine Ahnung.“ „Haben Sie eine Taxi-Nummer?“ – „Nein, googeln Sie.“ „Können wir unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout kurz hier lassen?“ – „Wir haben keinen Platz. Stell die Sachen einfach neben die Eingangstür.“ – Drin, aber ungesichert und für jeden zugänglich da Personal nicht immer am Tresen sitzt. Unglaublich! Der einzige Lichtblick war das Frühstück – das war gut. Aber selbst das kann diesen Aufenthalt nicht retten. Fazit: Nie wieder. Finger weg. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen"
