In this pretty holiday home, in Auen on the southern shore of the Wörthersee, in the middle of the untouched nature of Southern Carinthia, you will find all the ingredients for a relaxing and / or exciting holiday.

The house on a hillside with 100 square meters of living space, is located on a 2.000 square meters of land, of which 1.000 square meters can be used as play and lawn.
A friendly and cozy facility with good facilities awaits you in the house you use alone.

The complete modernization with new tiles, laminate and new furniture took place in 2016.
The kitchen offers all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Other rooms are the living room with satellite TV, the dining area for 6 people, the light-filled conservatory with seating and a storage room. A modern bathroom with tub and shower and a guest toilet complete the feel-good atmosphere.
In addition, the house has 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and
 - 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.
Bed linen and towels can be rented per week per person for 10,00 €.
