The flat is furnished in a very modern style, with items chosen with care. There is a separate barbecue area next to the house. A lockable storage area is available for cyclists and motorcyclists.

The holiday flat is equipped with a CD player, CDs, various children’s games and books for different age groups. Outdoor games (badminton, basketball hoop, etc.) are also available, so there’s no chance of getting bored here.



In the newly designed entrance area, you’ll find an outdoor seating area of approx. 25 m² with a fountain, garden, garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can relax wonderfully and enjoy meals together with the family.



The surrounding area offers a well-developed network of cycle paths. Walking trails and a nature reserve are in the immediate vicinity. Mini-golf and water treading are available, as well as the summer academy in Schieder-Schwalenberg with a dedicated programme. Nearby Schiederstausee lake: pedal boats, walks, children’s playground, pony farm.



Recommended day trips to: Hamelin, Bodenwerder on the River Weser, Detmold Castle, Hermann’s Monument / Externsteine, Höxter / Corvey Abbey (World Heritage Site)

You can also visit the spa towns in the immediate vicinity: Bad Pyrmont (15 km), Bad Meinberg (15 km), Bad Driburg (25 km), Bad Lippspringe (25 km)



For keen motor sport enthusiasts, the famous Bilsterberg race track is just 20 km away (advance booking recommended)
