WELCOME TO VILLA DE MEREL

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious living area, the villa is designed for a comfortable stay together.

The villa is located in a peaceful, green setting, just a short distance from the Oosterschelde. Inside, there is plenty of space to cook, dine and relax together. Outside, a spacious garden with a large covered terrace awaits.

SPACE FOR EIGHT GUESTS

Villa De Merel has four bedrooms spread over two floors. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both with their own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The third bathroom with a shower is also located upstairs. There is also a separate toilet on both floors.

With three bathrooms, a group of eight has that little bit of extra convenience. No one has to wait long in the morning before the day can begin.

GATHER TOGETHER IN THE LIVING ROOM

The spacious, open-plan living room is the central gathering place of the villa. There are two sofas and two armchairs, providing plenty of seating for everyone to relax together.

The large dining table seats eight guests. It is perfect for an extensive breakfast, a shared dinner or a cosy evening around the table after the meal.

The open-plan kitchen is directly connected to the living room and is fully equipped with an induction hob, combination oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and kettle. For a good cup of coffee, there is a Nespresso coffee capsule machine.

SPACIOUS COVERED TERRACE

From the villa, you can step straight outside. The spacious covered terrace is a wonderful place to spend time together and overlooks the green garden.

There is a large lounge set and a dining table, allowing you to enjoy meals outdoors or simply relax together. Patio heaters are also available, which are especially useful on cooler evenings when you want to stay outside a little longer.

The garden offers plenty of space to sit and relax or for children to play. There is also a barbecue available.

COMFORT FOR THE WHOLE GROUP

DISCOVER THOLEN ISLAND

Wulpdal Holiday Park is located in Scherpenisse, on Tholen Island and on the edge of the Oosterschelde. From the villa, you are quickly by the water and surrounded by the Zeeland countryside.

Take a walk along the Oosterschelde, hop on a bike to explore the dykes and polders or head out onto the water for stand-up paddleboarding, sailing or diving in Oosterschelde National Park.

There are also plenty of options for a day out. In Yerseke, you can discover Zeeland's famous oysters and mussels. Goes and Bergen op Zoom are great for an afternoon of shopping, enjoying a drink on a terrace or exploring a historic town centre.
