Villa De Kokmeeuw has three bedrooms spread over two floors. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. From these rooms, you can look out over the open Zeeland countryside. The second bathroom with a shower is also located upstairs. There is a separate toilet on both floors.
