Telefonischer Kontakt mit dem Chef, bis heute (nach 9 Tagen) wurde keine Rechnung zugeschickt…. Telefonisch extrem unfreundlich und nur mit Ausreden. "

"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "

There was also a spectacular view of a hilltop castle outside of our bedroom window. The entire hotel has been recently remodeled, and wifi access was consistently working great. Though we were really only there to sleep and shower (we were out everyday sight -seeing Germany), found hotel management was only a phone call away at all times if needed and...
