Weekend stay

Location was great, close to Proctors, restaurants and shopping. Apartment is a third floor walkup in an older building, and as expected in a building of that age: creaky floors, thin walls and not soundproof. Amenities are as listed and the price was appropriate.

Apt in center of town

Functional apartment. Clean and well equipped. Two long flights of stairs which are very difficult for seniors or someone with any physical challenges. This should be clearly disclosed in the listing. Walking distance to several good restaurants.

Not a place for older adults

Narrow, steep dingy stairs up to the 3rd floor makes it unattractive for older adults with luggage. Apartment is clean but old. No windows could stay open, and if we could hold them open with something, the AC for the pizza place below would have been too noisy. We could not stay there and asked Farid if he would reimburse us for 1 night (we paid for 2) and he agreed, but did not. Younger people would probably find this apartment satisfactory but it should be advertised that it is not suitable for older adults (we are in our 70's)
