"The room was clean, but the towels could 'take you skin right off!' Need to use some softener, The clerk who checked us in was not helpful at all and very rude! But the clerk who checked us out was very nice, Breakfast was nothing special - typical IHG food,"

"The place was amazing and just what we were looking for. We had everything we needed, including privacy and a beautiful space. We only went down for one night, but we slept amazing and this place had everything we needed to cook and relax for a one night staycation. I would recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be back. Thank you Hosta Hideaway!!"

"Very clean on arrival. Loved the fish decor. Kitchen was huge and had plenty of what we needed to feel cozy during our stay. plenty of room and close to the town of Stockton so easy access to groceries and the lake. would stay again!"

"The beds were comfy and everything in the room was clean. The only issue was a musty smell in our room and I was not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms. I was gonna ask to switch, but we weren’t there long enough so I just dealt with it cause I wasn’t sure if it was in the other rooms as well. That was room 139. There was a microwave and fridge, that came in handy. Breakfast was good and there was a little variety. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! And they don’t mention it on Hotels.com, but there is an indoor hot tub with the indoor pool, and they were nice. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel when I would stay again!"

"This house has been tastefully remodeled and looks great! Property was super clean upon arrival. The host text the morning of check-in with clear instructions that were easy. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked with needed utensils and dishes. The area was quiet with parking in the back. Also, there was a large basket of treats such cookies, peanuts, fruit snacks etc. and cold bottled water in the fridge. This area has water I wouldn’t recommend consuming so that was a nice touch. Thank you for being a great host."
