Paintwork needed a bit of a touchup. Bed was extremely comfy. The staff were all great, polite, friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time in Brussels."

"The location is excellent, just a short walk from Grand Place, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our family of four. However, there was no kettle in the room, and we had to request hot water and mugs from the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient. I also couldn’t find a hair dryer during our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay, but adding these basic amenities would make the experience much better."
