"Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Betten und Kissen unbequem. Lage am Ende der Stadt auch okay. Rezeption leider völlig inkompetent:;zuerst sollten wir 25€ für ein Zustellbett zahlen, obwohl wir 4 Personen gebucht hatten und es eine Schlafcouch im Zimmer gab. Dann nochmal 20€ pro Person (auch für die Kinder!) ..."

"We stayed in a deluxe double which had a view out over the garden and on to the lake. The room was clean and tidy but there are no tra or coffee making facilities in the room. Instead there are some 'refreshment stations' placed in the corridor which work on an honesty system. Whatever you take you ..."
