Homepage ist gut gestaltet. Buchungs- und Bezahlvorgang war einfach. Kommunikation per Mail freundlich und schnell. Die weiteren Informationen des persönlichen Reise-Login müssten mehr hervorgehoben oder anders platziert werden. Wir haben die Reise-App ausschl. für die Zahlungsinformationen/Kurkarte - wie in der Mail angegeben - genutzt. Den Rest haben wir erst nach der Abreise zu Hause entdeckt. Ansonsten hat die Vermietung Heike Wongel wirklich schöne Ferienwohnungen, welche man mit gutem Gefühl buchen und nutzen kann. Die Betten waren super bequem, dass beste Liegegefühl welches wir jemals im Urlaub hatten (....und wir haben schon in diversen 4 bzw. 5-Sterne Hotels gewohnt). Danke für diese Erfahrung innerhalb einer Ferienwohnung :-) Die Wohnung war zweckentsprechend sowie wohnlich eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sie war in einem sauberen, ordentlichen Zustand, auch in den Schränken und Schubladen.
