The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 m x 2.0 m), two armchairs, a TV, and a dining area for two people. The kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The east-facing balcony with a sea view is also accessible from the living room.

The bedroom has a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.0 m with separate mattresses). A large closet provides storage space. The bathroom, which features a shower, also has underfloor heating that provides cosy warmth.

An underground parking space is available for your use. Wi-Fi is included. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment. Non-smoking apartment.

A bicycle storage room is available for bicycles (space subject to availability), and a free underground parking space is available for your car during your stay. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the communal basement.
