The one-room apartment Sunset 24 is located in the popular Seetempel apartment complex, right on Strandallee in Scharbeutz. Its unbeatable proximity to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach—just 30 metres away—makes this holiday home particularly attractive. The centre of Scharbeutz, with its cosy cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, is just a 5–10-minute walk away, and supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away.

Spanning 37 m², this stylish and modern apartment accommodates 2 people and is located on the ground floor. The southwest-facing balcony with a side view of the sea invites you to relax and promises beautiful sunsets. The living room/bedroom is furnished with a comfortable fold-out bed (160x200 cm, with two single mattresses)—perfect for restful nights. A cosy leather couch, a large smart TV, and a high-quality Bose sound system ensure top-notch entertainment.

The open kitchenette, separated from the living room, is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and even a small LCD TV. The dining area is integrated into the kitchen as a counter-style setup. From the kitchen window, you can enjoy a side view of the sea. The modern bathroom, featuring a large shower and a window, leaves nothing to be desired.
