Here you can see the smaller living unit of the “Strandläufer” house in Scharbeutz, featuring 69 square metres of living space on the garden level (basement), accessible only via a staircase, with a northeast-facing terrace and garden, and equipped to accommodate up to 5 people.

It features a modern living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (for 2 people), LED HD cable TV, an iPod docking station, a hi-fi system, a Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, internet radio, a phone with unlimited domestic calls, and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen with dining area is equipped to the latest technical standards with an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second has one single bed (new box-spring bed). The modern shower room with toilet includes a washing machine and a convection dryer. A small barbecue area in front of the kitchen area is available for use.

Additionally, 3 Dutch bicycles (9-speed) and 2 children’s bicycles are available free of charge by arrangement with the downstairs apartment. A parking space is located in front of the house. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment.

Thanks to modern lighting technology and high-quality amenities, guests will enjoy a pleasant holiday in any season. Base rate for up to 3 people; each additional person is charged an extra €30 per night.



The beach, just a few minutes away (approx. 500 m), and the proximity to Scharbeutz Spa Park as well as the train station (only about 1,500 m) allow for a comfortable holiday experience. A wide variety of diverse excursion and shopping opportunities will make your stay a special experience.

This country-style semi-detached house with two apartments is located in a quiet residential area of Scharbeutz. It features two holiday apartments with living areas of 70 square metres and 150 square metres, respectively. These are complemented by spacious garden areas with south- and east-facing terraces as well as a spacious balcony.

A garden shed provides bike storage, and the comfortable garden furniture, including a beach chair, invites you to relax.
The ground floor of the house features a separate bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.
Thanks to modern lighting technology and high-quality technical amenities (multiple TVs, hi-fi systems, etc.), both apartments will ensure a pleasant stay in all seasons. State-of-the-art Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
