PIER 1 is a stylish ground-floor apartment spanning approximately 100 m² across two levels, including a private wellness area. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with an open kitchen and kitchen island, a cosy sofa with a smart TV, and a dining table for four. Large patio doors lead out to the sunny south-facing terrace with an outdoor dining area and a small garden—perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxing summer evenings. The bedroom on this level features a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and another smart TV. Next to it is a separate guest bathroom.

In the basement, your private wellness area awaits, complete with a sauna and a large bathtub. Another bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a smart TV ensures peace and privacy.
