Relax and feel good in this modern and cozy approx. 30 sqm one-room non-smoking apartment "DOCK 33" with open kitchen and all comfort for 2 people, plus child possible on request.

The bright living room / bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed (180x200cm), 116cm flat screen TV and DVD player.
The open kitchen is equipped with a combined oven / microwave, 2 plate induction cooker, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. The friendly bathroom also helps to relax. Enjoy the sun on the west balcony until late in the evening.

A parking space is reserved for you.

Washer and dryer with coin operated machine for all house residents in the basement.

Pets are not allowed.

Scharbeutz is unique with its beautiful beach promenade and invites you to relax, relax and do sports or go for a walk with a constant view of the sea. There are well-developed bike paths along the promenade.

Vom Anfang bis zum letzten Tag waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden! Wie fewo direkt beschrieben, entspricht alles den Tatsachen. Ganz toll war die Nähe zum Strand (50m), die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht, außer einen Kleiderschrank,- es war deshalb ein bisschen mühsam, fast zwei Wochen „aus dem Koffer zu leben“, aber für uns eigentlich kein Problem. Die Vermieterin wird sich bestimmt diesbezüglich was einfallen lassen, denn sie ist in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr zuvorkommend! Am späten Nachmittag konnten wir auf dem Balkon noch die Sonne genießen und der Parkplatz vorm Haus hat uns nicht interessiert. Seit kurzem ist auch ein WLAN-Anschluss vorhanden,- das war natürlich von Vorteil! Wir wünschen der Vermieterin für die Zukunft nur nette und unkomplizierte Gäste und möchten uns nochmals herzlich für ihr Entgegenkommen bedanken

Helle Ferienwohnung für Kurzurlaub
Eine freundliche, helle Ferienwohnung, die unser Erachtens nach für ihren Preis etwas wenig Komfort bietet. Sie liegt in der zweiten Etage ohne Fahrstuhl, der Balkon liegt über einem riesigen Parkplatz, auf dem sich im Sommer hunderte von Autos tummeln. Außerdem liegt das Haus direkt an einer großen Kreuzung mit Ampelschaltung. Daher ist die Wohnung recht laut. Das SchlafSofa ist bequem, alles ist sauber und ordentlich, man muss jedoch darauf achten, dass Bett- und Frotteewäsche extra kosten und auch der WLAN Zugang kostet Aufpreis. Insgesamt kommt man auf einen deutlich höheren Preis, als man zunächst bei der Anzeige vermuten möchte.

Super Strandurlaub
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, nah am Strand. Es gibt einen Parkplatz am Haus. Die Schlafcouch ist bequem und ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Einzige Minuspunkte: es gibt kein WLAN und die Bratpfanne ist schlecht beschichtet. Ansonsten alles super!

Ganz ok
Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft ok. Die Lage des Mehrapparmenthauses war wie beschrieben in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, einfach die Straße rüber und man ist am Meer. Das Wetter konnten wir leider nicht beeinflussen, trotzdem war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub im schönen Scharbeutz. Da wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren, war die Schlafcouch gerade noch erträglich. Ich würde Besuchern mit längerer Aufenthaltsdauer und Rückenproblemen empfehlen sich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Leider funktionierte der Lüfter im fensterlosen Bad nicht...problematisch bei einer so kleinen Wohnung. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Sauberkeit der Wohnung war grenzwertig. Fenster nicht geputzt, Haare in der Besteckschublade und auch andere Kruemel etc., war nicht so angenehm. Dafür war das Wetter super.
