Little Suite Dream Apartment 2 - Feriendomizil Neue Bergstrasse

Dear Guests,
Welcome to our “Little Suite Dream” in beautiful Scharbeutz!
Want to get away for a while, unwind, and really enjoy your holiday? Then you’ve come to the right place. You’ll want for nothing in our little suite. This gorgeous and luxuriously furnished holiday rental is in an absolutely prime location—just about 150 m from the beach and the boardwalk—yet quiet and with a view of the greenery.
It was lovingly renovated this year and leaves nothing to be desired.
As soon as you arrive, you can park your car in your designated parking spot right in front of the door. No need to search for parking or walk long distances with your luggage here. Spanning approximately 35 square metres, the apartment offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. You’ll want for nothing in the spacious living and sleeping area. It’s equipped with a sliding-door closet where your clothes will find their place. The apartment also features a high-quality box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), which will ensure you get a restful night’s sleep filled with sweet dreams. In the morning, you can make your coffee in the beautiful, new, and fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the living area. Not only can you prepare breakfast here in the morning, but cooking is also a pleasure. Oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher… everything your heart desires is here. An integrated Bluetooth-enabled radio is also just a push of a button away from music to lift your spirits.
You can pick up fresh rolls in the morning at the bakery around the corner, which is just a 3-minute walk away on the promenade. After taking in the first breath of sea air in the morning and returning with your bag of rolls, you have a choice: breakfast indoors at the modern dining area, or outside on the lovingly designed, sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery? Whatever you prefer.
Now that you’re refreshed, it’s time to plan your day. Scharbeutz and the surrounding communities have plenty to offer. You can already see the sea from your front door, and the beautiful sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Forgot something, or would you like to change clothes quickly before heading out? No problem! With such a short walk, you can easily pop back in. The Bayside, the spa gardens, the promenade with its many shops and restaurants like Gosch or Henssler Ahoi, mini-golf… everything is just a few minutes’ walk away.
After what we hope was a lovely and relaxing day, enjoy a refreshing shower in the modern bathroom. It’s a pleasure to freshen up here. You can wind down the evening on the high-quality, cosy couch with a glass of wine and a good film. Don’t have a film to watch? No problem. Just plug your own Fire TV Stick into the TV and you’re all set. Thanks to the dedicated internet connection, you’ll also have high-speed internet at your disposal, so you can use streaming services like Amazon Prime or Netflix with your own account. You can enjoy a great film on the huge TV from both the couch and the bed. The couch can also be converted into a 180 cm x 200 cm bed if needed.
The apartment is equipped with child safety locks on the lower level and offers plenty of space even for a holiday for three. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and, unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared basement.
Have we inspired you with our little dream by the sea? Then we look forward to welcoming you soon as guests at our Little Suite Dream Scharbeutz and wish you a wonderful time in advance.
