Welcome to Haus Adria
This bright, airy 2.5-room duplex apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people (up to 2 adults and 2 children). In just a few minutes, you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, located about 200 metres away, via a public staircase on a hillside.
On the lower level is the living-dining area with two modern sofas, as well as a smart TV, a DVD player, and a radio, ensuring plenty of entertainment options. The adjoining kitchen, featuring a counter and comfortable bar stools, is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Adjacent to this is the spacious southeast-facing balcony with a side view of the sea. You can round off the day perfectly here on the comfortable lounge furniture.
On the upper level, you’ll find a loft with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), another small bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), and Fire TV. A travel cot for children is included in the apartment. The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light and features a bathtub with a glass shower enclosure, is also located on the upper level.

Wi-Fi is available. In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
You’ll find a parking space right next to the house. There’s a swimming pool with a counter-current system on the property. Dogs are welcome here. This is a non-smoking apartment



The Adria house is situated on a hill between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand. The Kammerwald forest is right outside the door. The Ostsee-Therme spa is about 700 metres away. The beach is 150 metres away, and the town centre is a 15-minute walk. Enjoy the evening sun on the secluded loggias with a view over the rooftops of Scharbeutz.

A small swimming pool, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are available to guests in the building. Parking spaces are available in front of the building for each apartment.
