Enjoy the best time of your year in our modern and lovingly furnished holiday apartment. The 84 square metres are spread over two levels. The open-concept living area and one bathroom are on the ground floor, which features a wonderful sun terrace. The sleeping areas and another bathroom are located in the basement, where you can find peace and quiet and where it stays pleasantly cool in the summer.

Location
The apartment is located on a residential street in Scharbeutz. The fine-sand beach and the Dünenmeile, with all its lovely restaurants and shops, are just 300 metres away. A beach chair on the beach is available to you free of charge during the season.

Amenities
The spacious and bright living area, with its cosy seating arrangement, is perfect for relaxing evenings watching TV on our large Samsung LCD Smart TV or for cosy get-togethers with the whole family. The modern Nolte kitchen features an open layout and is integrated into the living and dining areas, leaving nothing to be desired for any home cook. The large refrigerator offers plenty of space, and with our high-quality pots, knives, dishes, and silverware, you can whip up a wonderful meal every day. Of course, children’s cutlery and a high chair are included, so even the little ones have everything they need. With the Nespresso machine, you can prepare a speciality coffee just the way you like it every day.

The large dining table is perfect for cosy evenings with the whole family. There’s also a large table on the sun terrace, and after an exciting day at the beach, you can fire up the gas grill. You’ll feel right at home.
After a great day at the beach, you can look forward to sleeping on the high-quality, comfortable mattresses with Geltex technology in the two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed (180x200), and the other has two single beds (100x200), which can be pushed together if needed. Both bedrooms have a Samsung LCD Smart TV, and the windows are equipped with blackout blinds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A travel cot is also available, so even the little ones can enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped, each with a floor-to-ceiling shower. In the basement, a rain shower awaits you for relaxation. Towel warmers, makeup mirrors, hair dryers, and a washing machine are all included.

We provide a complimentary basic amenity kit for our guests.
This includes: one roll of kitchen paper, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a trash bag, a dish sponge, a tea towel, hand soap, two tea towels, and 3 dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).

The apartment features Bluetooth radios in the living area and bathrooms, allowing you to connect your mobile devices and listen to your music and playlists as usual. Wi-Fi and a landline phone are available free of charge. You can park your car in your parking space in front of the house, and any bicycles you bring along will be safely stored in the lockable bike shed.
