  • The ARC is a family-friendly vacation home situated in close proximity to the scenic Fort King George; well-known for its ocean Vista views and romantic sunsets.
    The property is well laid out on a ground level with tons of yard space for the children to play.
    We can accommodate maximum nine (9) adults in our four (4) spacious and stylish bedrooms:
    - One (1) Master queen bedroom
    - Two (2) queen bedrooms
    - One (1) triple decker bunk bedroom

    Our property is outfitted with two (2) full baths.

    Our above ground pool is ideal for non-swimmers and children with a depth of 4ft throughout.

    Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking tools.

    The home is WiFi ready and able to meet all your gaming needs. Our arcade has over 2000 games for the whole family. You are free to set up a fun board game or card game of your choice from our selection.

    If you visit the island via the local ferry service, you are just a mere 3-5 minutes drive away from our holiday home. One can also enjoy views of ships dock and depart the Scarborough port. On our Independence Day of celebration, one can enjoy the Fireworks display in our backyard.
