Wonderful hotel in the most gorgeous setting, five star in all respects.

Such a fabulous experience. Great staff excellent restaurant and beautiful ambience .

It felt like home when we returned after a day of site-seeing. The food was beyond excellent, possibly the best we have had in Iceland. The dogs were just beautiful, there is nothing like an Icelandic Sheep-dog coming to visit you and knocking on the door to come in for a pat. The spa was lovely and very earthy.

Rooms were a little dated but much larger than expected. Great view from across the road of the lake area. Water in the area does smell strongly of sulfur, but staff were happy to provide jugs of filtered water for drinking. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, would definately recommened this hotel.

Everything was great about the Midgard Base Camp. I would give the staff more than 5/5 if I could - every one was so friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights and joined one of the day hikes with Midgard Adventure (ten percent discount if staying at the base camp). The other day we drove between the many sites and took shorter walks. The area is beautiful and the accommodation was really the perfect place to stay - very comfortable beds, great shower, reading lights - hot tub and sauna,...

Really great spot with just gorgeous views of Arctic turquoise waters and sandy beaches. We did dip in after the sauna. So good. Dinner was superb too. Thank you.

I moved my stay at NOFO. It’s a fantastic location, the food is excellent and the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommend.

The room was clean spacious and well located. Even had a great view. The breakfast was delicious.

Great city and great hotel

Lovely rooms, great hotel staff, safe, and roomy. The breakfast was great, and so was the restaurant.

We stayed for a wonderful 2 nights at the Greenhouse Hotel. This hotel is one that I would highly recommend. It's ideally located for highland tours and the Golden Circle, but best of all, it has in-house food trucks offering a wide range of cuisines. The hotel also has a cafe, shop and local goods, including foods and handmade items from local artisans. This place is a must-stay, and if you are checking out the highlands, it's well worth the two-night option. The staff are welcoming,...

The property is a little out of town so needs an Uber to get there from the Town Centre. All of the tour's we booked had an option to pick up and drop off from the property so we didn't need to stay in the town centre - the Uber ended up being just to get to the train station on our departure. Staying a little out of Town was definitely the right decision for us - the property was very picturesque, looking out onto the frozen lake and had a little snow filled garden out the back. The private...

Very nice hotel, in a good location, fuel station and convenience shop close by. We loved the hot bath which was free and had a happy 2 nights there. Would definitely recommend it to other travellers.
