"Our room had plumbing problems. We checked in late and were too tired to complain about it that night. Let the clerk (who was sleeping on the front desk) know. It was not a good feeling to pay for a room and not be able to use the facilities."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was on the back side and it was quiet. Ability to have the fan on without heat or cooling is nice. Pool was cool, which I prefer, and clean. Breakfast was very limited."

I had “checked in” for all of 5 mins saw the room and headed back to the front desk, hotel has denied a refund entirely, and I can’t get ahold of the manager. And Expedia has been no help either. "
