Good stay (but a bit overpriced)
Overall stay was ok. Breathtaking views over Jebel Akhadar from pool area. Room was clean and large. Value for money is however average (similar to other hotels in the area though). Large choice for breakfast but average quality

Great little getaway
Sunset was breathtaking. A quiet environment and it looks like every room has a great view. We only ate the complimentary breakfast and brought our own food for dinner.

Nice Hotel on Saiq, room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was Not appropriate to the price

Surbooking! Cancelan tu reserva sin decir nada!
Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había reserva, que no recibieron la confirmación de Expedia. Nos propusieron transladarnos a un otro hotel, muy mal notado en la web. Insistimos pero finalemente, no había nada que hacer. Expedia tuve que realojarnos. Llegaron entretiempo 3 otras parejas que habían reservado también : mismo problema, no habían guardado la reserva. Todos habíamos reservado con bastante antelación : cuando el hotel sabe que va a estar lleno, vende las habitaciones a un precio mas alto. Luego los que han reservado en la web a precios reducidos están sin habitación. Si la habitación esta prepagada, te reembolsan pero te encuentras sin alojamiento. A evitar absolutamente porque eticamente las prácticas comerciales están terribles y te arruinan tus vacaciones. Escribimos al manager del hotel, nunca nos contestó. Desprecio total al cliente....

Sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel
Das Hotel ist außerordentlich schön gestaltet. Um einen Felsgarten herum gruppieren sich die einzelnen Zimmer. Vom Hot Tube hat man einen schönen Ausblick in dieLlandschaft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß mit möblierter Terrasse. Das Bad hatte ein Vorraum mit Abstellmöglichkeiten. Problem ist der Service und die uninteressierte, unfreundliche Rezeption. Das Beherrschen der englischen Sprache ist verbesserungswürdig. Günstig wäre auch, wenn dem Personal der Unterschied zwischen Hotelgast und Bittsteller klar wäre

Viel zu teures Hotel
Sehr kleine Zimmer. Das Personal ist eine Katastrophe. Das Restaurant bot nur wenige Dinge, die auf der Speisekarte standen, an. Positiv: sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet mit schlechtem Personal. Unmittelbar daneben entsteht ein mehrstöckiger Hotelbau - furchtbar!
