Staff was very helpful, this is downhill from their main train station but the hotel has a shuttle service and will give a multi use bus pass to easily go uphill to the Grindelwald train station during your stay. "This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The view from our room was beautiful and we loved to wake up each morning and to the beautiful mountains. The room was also clean and the staff helpful. However, the rooms and hotel need to be updated. It had a very old vibe and there was only one outlet in the room by one side of the bed. We had to take turns charging our phones. The bathroom was also tiny and the shower stall even smaller. All in all we would come back because of the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel."

A special thank you to Vivian at the front desk who patiently helped us in multiple days figure out fun adventures that were good for a 3 year old! Highly recommend this hotel!"
