"This is a lovely hotel, perfectly located on the beach and next to the ferry terminal. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel was an unexpected surprise and the food and service were amazing!
We just wished we had booked to stay longer. The photos of the hotel really don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer even in real-life."

"The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Cedar Point! My kids each got their own room. My husband got great internet access. I got to have my fur-baby, our family dog, with us on the trip. The cottage was very modern, beautifully organized, and well maintained. Very close to a local beach that we enjoyed when taking an hour or two off from the park in the warm afternoons. The owner went above and beyond with her communication and making sure our stay was enjoyable; bath towels, beach towels, detergent, DW soap, hand soap, first aid kit, dish sponge, and coffee. We hope to visit again in a few years!"
"This was my boyfriend and I first vacation together. We celebrated our 2 year anniversary at Sawmill creek resort. Let’s just say it was fantastic, with a breakfast restaurant and a dinner restaurant. Plus Starbucks!! A lovely out door and indoor pool. Just everything was perfect for our first vacation together and our anniversary. The Millers table was great our wonderful waitress helped us celebrate with a delicious crème brûlée dessert. We will definitely be back before summer officially ends! Thank you guys so much what a lovely staff ! "

"We spent 8 wonderful nights and it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful sunsets. Jon was fantastic and so helpful from the very beginning of our conversations last Fall and during our stay. "We stayed here for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - just a block from the water and five miles from Cedar Point. Also close to Rt 2 for easy driving to Marblehead, etc. Inside, stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The owners have done a nice job with a remodel of an older home. On the down side, I wasn't 100% crazy about the exterior or the neighborhood - both were just a tiny bit on the worn/shabby side - but we felt safe."
