"We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Earth, our room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds are very peaceful, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was excellent, and restaurant staff outstanding. The pool area was large and the pool itself clean. Only minor issue with the facilities was the gym which was a bit disappointing, the equipment being dated and in need of a good clean, but still usable.
The evening entertainment, magician and bands were very good.

"Hotel can be much cleaner. Dismantled glass doors were prop up against the wall on the passage towards the rooms.Do not let the nice front facade of the hotel fool you. The interior is totally different.
The rooms are very dusty. There was a thick layer of dust under my bed. Obviously under the bed has not been cleaned for a long time. Human hair from the previous stay can also be found on the top of the blanket."

This clearly manifests itself through All departments of the hotel.
