Very cozy holiday home located near the beach and with plenty of opportunity for recreation and relaxation at all seasons.

There is plenty of room for up to 8 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with 4 good mattresses. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room for two people. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has been newly renovated, and the house has a washing machine. For international guests there are with many foreign channels. The house is close to both a lake and nature.

Doppelte Belegung des Hauses

Bei der Anreise war das Haus leider bereits durch einen anderen Mieter belegt. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich umgehend um ein Ausweichhaus. Dieses war einiges größer wie das gebuchte und wir konnten es kostenneutral nutzen. Leider nur für 5 Tage anstatt wie gebucht für 7 Tage. Wir kümmerten uns selbst sofort um eine Ausweichunterkunft für die verbliebenen 2 Tage. FeriehusDirect hat uns dann auch eine Ausweichunterkunft angeboten, die wir aber nicht mehr benötigten. Wir erhielten problemlos ein Angebot für eine Ausgleichszahlung für das Missgeschick. Dieses Angebot nahmen wir an und somit wurde eine Lösung die für beide Seiten angemessen war gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war stets problemlos und schnell. Der Vermieter hat sich den kompletten Aufenthalt um uns gekümmert. Nach den ersten Schrecken der Doppelbelegung war alles Super und wir hatten ein schönen Urlaub.
