"I would not recommend staying at this property at all it’s a catfish from the pictures online the staff was not helpful at all ! Everything closes early so make sure you eat and cabs are very pricey"

"Early check in was kindly facilitated and greatly appreciated. The room had some maintenance and design issues that detracted from our stay. First the control for the sink plunger was missing, allowing water to fill (and damage) the cabinet and floor. Second, the AC unit worked but there was no fan or any way to move the air making the floor cold and above the knees sweltering hot. I could not sleep and finally just put my face in the ice cold (slightly moldy) AC to get sleep. Finally, the restaurant downstairs had genuinely good food but prices were very high and ironically, it was very anti-tourist. We had a good time, but … Service took a total of three hours, which is the custom, but for families with tired children it is hard. As they say, if you want fast go get a Kebab."

"We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Very convenient for those who are going to take a cruise from Ravenna and want to get to know the city a little, a few days before We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience."

"The property was very clean, and in good repair. The room was well appointed, with clean, fresh linens and towels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good, with plentiful choices, and great coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was that the air conditioner did not work in the room. Hallways and public areas were cool and comfortable, but for some reason that was lost in translation, the a/c in the hotel room could not be used. This was a real negative, as it was during a warm period that made rest difficult. I would have greatly preferred a situation where the room was comfortable for sleeping, but a little too warm in public areas. I was provided with a fan at my request, and it was recommended that I open the windows, which did not adequately address the problem. One of the specific reasons I chose this hotel was that it had air conditioning. I would not have chosen this place if I would have known it was not able to be used."
