The room view was beautiful. The wine was thoughtful. However, most of the staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed during interactions. The night staff was nice though.
I also had a towel with two dark large face prints makeup on it. It was quite alarming stepping out of the shower to find. At checkout, I was offered to waive a service fee which I didn’t realize was even applied.
We didn't get the opportunity to use the amenities. After the shower incident, we were turned off. Cleanliness is important.
