This beautiful two-story home sits caddy-corner to Washington Square, and includes a huge backyard and private parking in a prime location. Fully renovated, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The open concept kitchen and living area are perfect for cooking a meal or planning your adventures. The stainless steel appliances provide a modern flare against the plantation shutters and gleaming wood flooring. Easily enter the private courtyard through the side door, where you’ll find outdoor seating and a stainless steel barbeque. The downstairs has a half bath tucked under the stairs, and a King sized bedroom and en suite bath at the end of the hall.

You’ll find two additional bedrooms upstairs, including the Primary Suite, which has a walk-in closet, en suite bath, and private balcony overlooking the backyard. Just down the hall is the third bedroom, which has two comfortable Queen sized beds and another private bath.

This home is a short walk from historic River Street and the world famous Pirate’s House, which first opened in 1753 as an inn for seafarers, and quickly became a rendezvous spot for pirates. You’ll be on the quiet end of Congress Street, but just blocks away from Savannah’s nightlife.

Cute historic property located centrally in the city. Very clean- mattresses, pillows and bedding very high quality. We were forced inside a lot because we visited during a tropical storm- great space for hanging out with family and playing games.

5 Star and then some!!

Such an amazing getaway, we had 6 ladies and the house was perfect for us in every way. Plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms with everything being very clean, comfy and nicely decorated, and we Loved the outside patio area. The beds, pillows and bedding were extremely cozy and comfortable. Very quiet locations just a couple of block from the busy area. Huge bonus of being able to park two cars and not having to pay for street parking. Highly recommend!! Savannah is a great town and this place made it all the more perfect, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Historical District

This home was located on the east side of the district. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Walking to several noted “must see” was very easy. We were able to walk and enjoy the city. The accommodations of this Savannah home was great. There was enough room for all seven of us. A perfect courtyard to enjoy coffee!

Pleasant and Quiet

This was a fantastic choice. 3 primary bedrooms/bath that have been updated. The outdoor space was very nice. Clean, ready for us and no issues. Very convenient to River Street and historic area. We mostly walked everywhere and even with an extra vehicle, parking really wasn’t an issue. I would stay there again.

Lovely home in beautiful historic district, safe, walking distance to River Street. Close to 2 city squares. 4 bathrooms provided privacy for 3 different family groups travelling together. Outdoor patio beautiful and stylish. Entire home stylish and well kept. Parking for 2 cars off street. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home!

This was a beautiful home in heart of Savannah's historic district. It is located in a great location that is a central walking distance to everything. And the house has plenty of space! Email communication regarding check in and check out was super easy and effective. However, our only downside was that the Owner did not respond to our text or phone call voicemail regarding the air conditioning on the second floor. We made due without it, but it was definitely disappointing not to hear from anyone!

Great location and space to spread out with private baths for each bedroom. overall very nice. needs a little love--ie paint update, larger tv in living space needed and spruce up the outside patio space. Very large bugs in lower level bedroom and back upstairs bedroom, which was unfortunate. not all lights worked and the back fence is broken so not secure from the alley.

There is a coffee shop / burrito / breakfast place behind the house. The street was quiet and we felt safe walking everywhere. We went for a girls trip with 6 of us. The house was very comfortable for all of us. The living area is small but we had no problem with this. The private enclosed patio area was perfect. It was nice that we were able to park our car in the fenced area at the back of the property. We had one small problem with the outlets not working in one of the bedrooms but that was addressed and fixed quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Savannah.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

My family really enjoyed staying here as it's between Broughton and Bay Street on Washington Square. It feels safe and is walking distance to so much and offers a beautiful private courtyard adjacent to the home. Usually when you pay high prices to stay somewhere nice there's a little flexibility and southern hospitality with early check-in by an hour or so. Don't count on that here unless you arrange it strictly 24-48 hrs in advance and agree to pay an additional fee. We were told they weren't finished having the room ready, yet the can of Wintergreen Copenhagen on the front doorstep was there at 2 PM when we first arrived and still there at 4 PM (a maid wouldn't miss that). The 3 bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. They provide soap and shampoo which is nice. Towels and linens were soft. *Pack an Umbrella as a brief afternoon storm is common in Savannah*. We couldn't get the gate to work so that limits available parking to one spot. Street parking is available, but you have to renew it at 8 AM, there's a deck down the street but it's more expensive.
