Perfect location
My husband and I enjoyed our time here with our 17 year old daughter. The location was perfection! We parked our rental car (jeep) in the garage and walked everywhere. The rental was a relaxing place to return to at night and had everything we needed. It is small, but was great for two or three people.

Parents weekend
Great location, loved having parking. Very comfortable bed! We were in Savannah for parent’s weekend at SCAD. It was a great stay. One suggestion would be to put something non slip in the tub. It sure is slippery in there when soapy. 👍

Charming property in a great location
Had a wonderful time staying here. It’s within walking distance of shops, parks and the downtown river area. The home was very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Great location
This is a beautiful, well-maintained apartment. The only thing lacking is a dishwasher for sanitizing the dishes. Street parking was readily available. The garage was as described and our car fit but it was a bit stressful getting the car in, so we parked on the street.

Location, Location
This beautifully decorated apt was everything the photos showed it was & more. This was my 1st visit to Savannah - my husband & l went for a couple days for my birthday. We parked our vehicle in the garage that was provided & never brought it out again until it was time to leave for home. We were able to walk to so many cool places. There are quite a few bars & restaurants all within a 6 block or so radius. And then walking to River St was a breeze with so much to see & stop at along the way. I just can't say enough about the awesome time we had & loved staying in such a convenient place. We felt safe walking after dark etc. l know we will be back & my 1st choice of where to stay will be this adorable rental if available.

Great location
The place is great for a couple. Everything is provided that is needed. The plus is the garage for a vehicle. We got our rogue in there but it is a tight squeeze. We only used our vehicle 1 time to go play a round of golf otherwise we walked everywhere which was great! This place is great to go exploring around the city. Modern decor and appliances. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice apartment
Enjoyed our stay at this cute little place. When we arrived I was taken aback a bit because the entrance is in an alley with no front entrance. The draw for us was that it had a designated garage parking spot for our rental car. We could walk from there to the historical homes and landscaped city squares and the waterfront. There is a Kroger grocery store nearby that was convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Savannah. Super clean and cozy. Outdoor space plus a garage. Walk to everything in historic district and drive to the beach in 25 mins. Rent a small car so you can use the garage!

Great apartment!
This apartment is very clean, well appointed and in a great location. Yes, it's small, but it's all you really need for a quick trip away from home. The garage is an added bonus. I would definitely choose this unit again the next time we vacation in Savannah.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We only moved the car once to go get groceries. We walked everywhere. Location is perfect to explore historic downtown Savannah. We would definitely stay here again!

First time Vrbo usage couldn’t have been any better
2nd time back in Savannah and decided to try out Vrbo. In the past I had gotten a hotel and made the mistake of it being 30 minutes away. This property was perfect as it was right in Savannah, walking distance from many shops. Having the garage space was great way to not have to worry about parking on the street. Would use the property again!

Perfect Condo for Couples Getaway
This condo is exactly as pictured. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It was in a quiet section of downtown. Just a 10 minute walk to all the best places in town. The garage was an added bonus. We were able to fit our Ford Edge in the garage, but I must admit it was a tight squeeze and my husband it an excellent backer upper. :) We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again! It was perfect!

Modern Carriage House Studio
Spotlessly clean and stylish and modern appointed carriage house studio close to some restaurants and sites. More of a hike to River Street or take your car or other city transportation. For those with mobility issues, there are transportation options such as the Hop on Hop off touring buses which pick you up close to the apt. Some even stop at the apt. The apt. has a neat feature with an electronic concierge service of sorts which welcomes you and suggests dining and attraction options. Liked the apt. One can only have a small or standard vehicle for the garage which we did luckily. Overall, very nice.

Girls getaway
Great little studio apartment in a good location if you don’t mind walking a little further. I didn’t drive the whole trip except when we went on a ghost tour and didn’t want to walk in the dark. It was perfect for us and was able to explore all of Savannah by foot. 10 /10 recommend!!

Very nice place. Great location. I drive a Kia Telluride and unfortunately was not able to use the garage. It’s a tight squeeze and the narrow alley doesn’t help matters any. You have to pull in at such an angle that it just wasn’t going to work. We were however able to find free parking around the front side of the building. The place was clean but not immaculate. Quite a bit of hair from previous guests on the baseboards, mainly in the bathroom. Very cute decor and modern amenities. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Fabulous stay!!
Husband and I stayed a week. Location was great. Walked the Historic District and enjoyed many restaurants. Having the garage was perfect and we did not have to worry about parking. Easily took several day trips to surrounding islands. Lovely space to stay, very clean, nice decor, and very comfortable.

We parked our car in the garage when we got there and didn’t get back in it until we left. Located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks, and all the beautiful homes. They had everything we needed from toilet paper and paper towels, to laundry detergent, salt and pepper, and all the small necessities. We ate out for our meals, but nice to know we had everything we needed if we wanted to cook in. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are stairs, which didn’t bother us, but may be hard for some. Even had recommendations on where to go. We had a very nice stay! Would definitely recommend!

This apartment was just perfect
We were in for 2 nights on our way further south and this was the perfect stopping point. The apartment was easy to find (as directed), communication with owner was very good. Apt was immaculate and although “small”, it had everything we needed. The bathroom had large shower with soap dispensers that were well marked, No guessing which was shampoo … also makeup mirror was much appreciated. Bed very comfortable. But the location.. that was my favorite part, walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is new, small, clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Was able to fit Camry size car in garage but was tight and had to fold mirrors in. Ended up parking on street which was easier in and out, kitchen table was more like patio furniture and chairs were uncomfortable. Just needed cushions on the seats so used towels. Wallpaper was distracting when watching TV in living room but watched most TV in bedroom. TV's were both ROKU and worked great for streaming and regular TV. Overall great place - highly recommended

We had a great time here! The place was very clean, secure, and in a great location. Not too busy because not in the middle of everything, but in perfect location to walk to just about everything! Also the bed was super comfortable! Will definitely be staying here again when back in Savannah!

Perfect location
This property is in a perfect location in the historic district. It is within walking distance of literally anything you want to do and it has a garage if you need one! The decor is so nice and the whole place is very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed(shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer) with everything you need. We loved this place and will definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah! Thanks Mary for a wonderful stay!

First timers to Savannah
