"Very nice friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is about a half a mile from the City Marketplace and the river once you find your way, but right around the hotel nowhere to eat or drink and the hotel has very little choice of food for either breakfast or dinner. Dining became a chore rather than something to enjoy. The room also isn’t very bright for a new building and the heat very noisy. Beds were very comfortable and room clean. "
"Our room had a great location, second floor next to the pool and it was great pool weather however the pool was closed for 4 of the 5 days we were there. We were finally able to get into it on our last day after the storms passed. We had booked a handicap room with king bed. There were several problems with the room: the shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor so the bathroom floor flooded making it very slippery and unsafe, the bed legs stuck out and we both stubbed our toes several times (once badly enough to bruise) and the patio door didn't seal which allowed leaves and dirt to blow under the door. We appreciated the green program and associated vouchers. Food was just so so. We adapted and enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Staff was great though, especially the valets who were very friendly as we came and went from the building. And the location was great for catching the DOT and walking in the historic district."
"Great experience from start to finish! Service is impeccable and everyone is very friendly. They manage to anticipate all your needs and are more than willing to accommodate and extras. Spa was absolutely fantastic as well. We will be back"
"Great clean modern property. Very quiet. It is a little of a walk from the historic district. Great place to stay. Four stars for amenities as there were limited breakfast options "

"The hotel is in a great location, but it's showing its age; don't expect anything fancy. One of the elevators was clearly not working correctly and caused a lot of anxiety among guests. Mentioned this to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the people at the front desk were not unpleasant, but they rarely acknowledged me when I walked through the lobby. In fact, many times they seemed to actively avoid eye contact. "
