Sleeps 2 in the Historic District! Spacious Garden Level of 1875 Brick Townhouse in the heart of the Historic District on Beautiful East Jones Street. Walk to everything! Enjoy 700 square feet of patio space!

No stairs here, and also no step-down or basement feel to this beautiful ground floor 900 square foot one-bedroom apartment with updated kitchen & decor. Walking distance to anything in the Historic District. Situated between Forsyth Park (0.4 miles south of the house) and the River (0.7 miles north of the house) Jones Street is known as the prettiest street in Savannah.

Pets are not allowed in this listing, no exceptions

Bedroom has a King size bed. There is a 2nd flat screen tv in the bedroom which is totally separate from the Living Room for privacy. The bathroom is off of the kitchen.

Quaint garden apartment

Cute 1 BR ground floor apartment with a back patio was comfortable for hubby and I. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, garbage bags dish soap and dishwasher. We rented a car but almost everything was within walkable distance. I would stay here again.

Perfect weekend

I was in town for a friends wedding reception and chose this property for its location. I grew up around Savannah but live in Atlanta now so I was familiar with the area. Everything was perfect and loved that we could walk to my favorite breakfast place, Clary’s. Check in and out was a breeze and parking was great. Can’t wait yo come back and stay again!

We walked everywhere - sites, restaurants, squares, River. The information booklet provided gave us a list of where the locals go, and we were not disappointed. Jones Street itself was an ideal addition to our stay. Highly recommend staying here.
