Awesome location in Savannah's Historic District! This carriage house apartment has a compact designer kitchen and ultra stylish furnishings. Private garage parking for 1 small car below the rental is an added luxury!

Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91" wide and 83" tall. If your vehicle is large the street parking is free to the public on this block.

On this site there is a no refund policy but we offer premium travel insurance through CSA Generali as an add on to your booking to protect you from unforseen covered reasons that prevent travel.

Note that the patio is shared between 3 units at this Triplex building. There is no shared indoor space

Perfect location
My husband and I enjoyed our time here with our 17 year old daughter. The location was perfection! We parked our rental car (jeep) in the garage and walked everywhere. The rental was a relaxing place to return to at night and had everything we needed. It is small, but was great for two or three people.

Parents weekend
Great location, loved having parking. Very comfortable bed! We were in Savannah for parent’s weekend at SCAD. It was a great stay. One suggestion would be to put something non slip in the tub. It sure is slippery in there when soapy. 👍

Charming property in a great location
Had a wonderful time staying here. It’s within walking distance of shops, parks and the downtown river area. The home was very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Great location
This is a beautiful, well-maintained apartment. The only thing lacking is a dishwasher for sanitizing the dishes. Street parking was readily available. The garage was as described and our car fit but it was a bit stressful getting the car in, so we parked on the street.

Location, Location
This beautifully decorated apt was everything the photos showed it was & more. This was my 1st visit to Savannah - my husband & l went for a couple days for my birthday. We parked our vehicle in the garage that was provided & never brought it out again until it was time to leave for home. We were able to walk to so many cool places. There are quite a few bars & restaurants all within a 6 block or so radius. And then walking to River St was a breeze with so much to see & stop at along the way. I just can't say enough about the awesome time we had & loved staying in such a convenient place. We felt safe walking after dark etc. l know we will be back & my 1st choice of where to stay will be this adorable rental if available.

Great location
The place is great for a couple. Everything is provided that is needed. The plus is the garage for a vehicle. We got our rogue in there but it is a tight squeeze. We only used our vehicle 1 time to go play a round of golf otherwise we walked everywhere which was great! This place is great to go exploring around the city. Modern decor and appliances. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice apartment
Enjoyed our stay at this cute little place. When we arrived I was taken aback a bit because the entrance is in an alley with no front entrance. The draw for us was that it had a designated garage parking spot for our rental car. We could walk from there to the historical homes and landscaped city squares and the waterfront. There is a Kroger grocery store nearby that was convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

Perfect Pied a Terre
Everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Savannah. Super clean and cozy. Outdoor space plus a garage. Walk to everything in historic district and drive to the beach in 25 mins. Rent a small car so you can use the garage!
